Thank you for choosing to work with me. As an independent professional offering tutoring, freelance services, digital products, and strategic consulting, I strive to deliver exceptional value, clear communication, and mutual respect in every transaction.
Please review the following refund policy carefully. By purchasing or booking services on my platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
🔹 1. Tutoring Services (Live Lessons & Packages)I offer one-on-one and group tutoring sessions in English language and WordPress design.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling unless due to emergency (proof may be required).
No-shows are marked as completed and are non-refundable.
Refunds for Packages
Partial refunds for unused sessions are available within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, no refunds are issued, though rescheduling may be possible.
Trial Lessons
If unsatisfied after your first lesson, contact me within 24 hours for a follow-up or possible refund (case-by-case basis).
🔹 2. Digital Products (Templates, eBooks, CSVs, Software)Digital products are downloadable tools and resources for learners and businesses.
Refund Terms
All sales are final once files are accessed.
Refunds only apply if files are unused and a request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
Replacements are offered for damaged or inaccessible files.
Bundled Offers & Promotions
No refunds after any part of the bundle has been accessed.
Promotional pricing is final and not subject to retroactive changes.
🔹 3. Freelance Services (Web Design, Marketing, Document Facilitation)Freelance work is delivered based on agreed project scope and timelines.
Deposits & Payments
A 30–50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
Final payment is due upon completion and approval.
Cancellations & Revisions
Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for partial refund (minus prep time).
1–2 rounds of revisions are included depending on your package.
Once final files or deliverables are sent, no refunds will be issued unless a clear service failure is proven.
Ongoing/Monthly Services
Billed monthly in advance.
Cancel anytime, but no prorated refund is given for the current billing cycle.
🔹 4. Document Facilitation (Government Docs, Travel Visas, Tickets)I support clients in preparing or submitting travel, visa, and official documentation.
Refund Terms
Refunds only apply if no submission, booking, or paperwork preparation has begun.
Once any application, booking, or process is initiated, the service is non-refundable.
🔹 5. Get A Job (Career Support & Referrals)This service includes CV/resume creation, job search support, interview coaching, and referral guidance where applicable.
Refund Terms
Eligible for partial refund if no document preparation, coaching, or referral has been started.
No refund once work or consultation has begun.
🔹 6. Consultation & Strategy (1-on-1 Coaching, Business Planning)This service offers expert guidance on digital strategy, branding, and career planning.
Refund Terms
Fully refundable if canceled 24+ hours before the session.
Non-refundable if missed or already delivered.
